Presenting Arms gained his second success in eight days with a fluent victory in the Conditional Jockeys Handicap Hurdle at Kempton on Monday.

He has been ridden on each occasion by Gary Derwin who was live to the threat when Rayvin Black set off at a scorching gallop.

Gary made sure he kept the leader in his sights, and tracked him into the straight before allowing Presenting Arms to ease ahead after the second last hurdle.

The horse then kept on pleasingly to win decisively under a 7lbs penalty for his triumph at Wincanton.

We got away with running Presenting Arms on ground that was softer than he appreciates at Kempton. He is definitely better on a sounder surface and could switch to fences in the spring.
