Rocks sold at Leicester
We bid goodbye to Old Harry Rocks on Monday after he won the Selling Hurdle at Leicester with something to spare.
It wasn't the strongest race for its grade and he was fully entitled to finish in front dropped back to two miles on his form over the past few months.
But he has never been the most straight forward of horses, has been on the go all summer and couldn't win off his current mark in handicaps.
So with the bidding reaching 11,000 guineas at the subsequent auction it made sense to let someone else have a go with Old Harry Rocks.
