Any Drama doubled his score for the season with a bloodless victory under a penalty at Exeter on Friday.
The most pleasing part of his performance was the marked improvement in his jumping since Market Rasen last time when he seemed uncertain at some of his hurdles.
He has always schooled well at home and was much more fluent at Exeter as he led all the way before coming home well clear of his field despite idling in front.
He stays very well, is beginning to show on the course what we have always thought he was capable of and all being well he will head next to the Cheltenham Festival for the Albert Bartlett Hurdle in three week's time.
